Stephen Amell Wants An Arrow Movie With Batman

May 31, 2017

For five seasons, we have seen Stephen Amell portray The Emerald Archer on the small screen. However, the star of his own show still hopes to take the leap to the big screen.

During his occurrence at the Heroes & Villains Fan Fest in London, Stephen Amell revealed how he’d make a movie featuring Green Arrow, set firmly in the universe of The CW’s Arrowverse.

If we were going to do a feature-length film, what I would like to do is I would actually use every single important character from the history of the show that people thought were really important, I’d like to put them all in a situation where they’d all have to work together,” Amell said. “And I would like to put the entirety of the amount of money that we put into an entire season into, like, 98-minutes of screen time and see what happens. And Batman, played by Robbie Amell.

Stephen Amell has repeatedly expressed excitement towards any chance of him being able to bring his character into the DCEU. Nevertheless, he understands and appreciates the need to keep the two separate. And while he was joking about his concept of having an Arrow movie, including Batman, it would be truly wonderful had it been real.
