‘Black Panther’: Lupita Nyong’o Geeked Out Over The First Trailer!

The new Black Panther trailer was stellar to say the least. Fans got a short glimpse at what the MCU has in store for us, and the reactions to the trailer were great. Fans loved it, but apparecntly, so did the cast of the movie!

Lupita Nyong’o, who will be starring in the film itself, recently spoke about the trailer, and her initial reaction to it when it came out!

I am geeking out. I mean I was screaming louder than anyone else by myself in my apartment when it came out. I mean, it’s really exciting, and I was a part of it of course. There’s still being a lot of work done on it and we have to deliver something as good as that trailer, but that trailer was very encouraging. It’s exciting. It’s so empowering. I couldn’t help but twerk as I watched it. To see myself reflected back to me does something so powerful. You rise up a little, and I think we could all use that kind of representation.

The film has an outstanding, diverse cast to work with, and even though the film has a lot of work left to do, it has all the makings for one of Marvel’s best.

What was your initial reaction to the trailer? Let us know in the comments below!
