Josh Brolin On Thanos: “A Lot More Emotional Than I Thought.”

With D23 this past weekend, fans got some crazy new footage and information about Avengers: Infinity War. One of the bigger pieces of news involved Thanos, and his Infinity Gauntlet. Josh Brolin, the man behind Thanos, was also present.

Brolin was also ready to talk about his upcoming role, dishing out even more new information! Brolin recently spoke on Good Morning America about what it’s like to play Thanos. Check out what he had to say!

He’s a smart character. I had no idea, in all truth, I had no idea when I did the [Guardians] teaser, we had like 36 cameras or something and I sat on a seat, and I wasn’t working with anybody. And now, like being actually involved, you know, interacting – I want to mention characters and I can’t, but of the characters that are in it, it’s way more emotional and way more interactive than I thought. So it’s actually a lot of fun, and a lot deeper, a lot more emotional than I thought.

Leave it to Marvel to give their villains some depth. As one of the biggest villains in the Marvel universe, and also being such a pivotal part in Infinity War, a Thanos with some complexity will fit in well.

Are you excited to see an “emotional” Thanos? Let us know in the comments below!
